For example, the hydraulic cylinder manufacturer has advanced simulation technology and a powerful system that can simulate stiffness, strength, stability and modal characteristic of various parts and components under approximate real working condition of whole hydraulic machine and its parts and components. It acquires the characteristics of various oil cylinders at static and dynamic states on designing to find defects at very early stage and support the optimization. There're 2P/2F test bed, simulation test bed and cylinder arm pin test bed for the experiments on durability, buffer, stress, synchronization precision, pulse, coating adhesion to verify the key performance so as to make sure the delivery conformity.  With 40 years manufacturing experience, the factory improves the process equipments every year. Nowadays, there are 600 equipments for manufacturing and testing, including 150 sets the first-class CNC equipment from US, Italy, Sweden, Spain and Germany for complicated process with very high safety ensurance. They have the longest cold drawn steel pipe line in Asian and equips with production capacity of the longest 18 meters cold drawing, which can realize the quick customization of large and long thin wall cylinder. In terms of electroplating, it has the surface treatment capacity , such as hard chromium plating, opal plating, double chromium plating and nickel chromium plating. It has 8 advanced electroplating production lines imported from Japan. The production line adopts the technology of "zero discharge", and no online waste water is produced, which contributes to environmental protection.
